Items are usually shipped the next business day after the order is received. If you place your order after 5pm PST, it -might- still go out the next business day or it will be the next business day after that.

I strive to make my customer's happy. Items are shipped with as much care and consideration for the product - however, if it arrives damage, I'll replace it but you must return the broken/damage item and you are responsible for shipping cost. If item is lost/not received, depending if it was insured or not would depend the follow up action. If item is defective due to manufacture flaws, (ie. I don't make it right ;)) it will be replaced. Exchange is most likely method of replacement. I'll be open to exchanging until you are happy with your purchase as long as the merchandise is in new/unused/received condition. If merchandise gets damage due to manufacture defect it will also be accepted for exchange. Purchases older than 30 days are not eligible for exchange.
